This was my first attempt at a canvas using
acrylics, metalic paints and some gold leaf.
I'd had made it for something else but Kaz
saw it and so it's now in sunny Scotland lol.

gorgeous canvas you made audrey too, and I love my one I whined and moaned for....lol it's on my wall in my craft room and it's gorgeous, that gold leafing is amazingly gold, i love it. gorgeous work Em x
The gold is stunning! It really shines when it catches the light. I love my canvas, but I think Catkin wants it in his room!
The bird piece is lovely - love the colour combo with the gold. Its really warn and welcoming
